Every TurboMist is covered by our 30-day warranty. If it arrives damaged or something isn't right, reach out through our contact page or email contact@turbomist.shop with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you.

In the box: the black supercar humidifier, a car-key style remote and a small water bottle for filling. It arrives in a black gift box with a foam insert.
Fill the tank through the filler on the rear deck with clean water, add a few drops of essential oil if you want a scent, then press the roof button or the remote. Do not overfill, and empty the tank when not in use.
